Kuwait Bridge Legaue

The first edition of the Kuwait Bridge League will be held online on BBO during Ramaan 2026 

5 teams will compete for the trophy and $7,000 in prizes.  $4,000 for 1st, $2,000 for 2nd and $1,000 for 3rd.

Double Elemination.  24 baords per match divided into 3 8-board stanzas.  A coin toss will determine seating rights.  The team that wins the toss can decide to choose 1 stanza in which they will have seating rights or pass the choice to their opponents to choose 1 stanza, and get the rights for the other two stanzas.

The unbeaten team will start with 10.5 IMP cushion.  The other team automatically wins the toss.  The final will be a 32 board match divided into 4 8-board stanzas.
